Melanie from the sparks from a combustible Mind has asked these questions in the recent edition of Share your World
What’s the closest thing you’ve experienced to real magic?
The beauty of nature is truly magical. A rainbow, a sunset, even a spider’s web are all evidence of the magic of Creation.
I wrote a post about the magical effect of changing seasons some time ago. You can check it out by clicking here.
Who is the messiest person you know? And why?
Please don’t judge me but I have a confession to make. I may not be the messiest person that I know But I am fairly clutter prone. Although my living room is always tidy, I can’t always say the same about my bedroom and closet. Although I keep them fairly neat it is a constant struggle. Neatness just isn’t something that comes naturally to me. One reason may be that I tend to accumulate too much stuff. But this needs more discussion on a separate occasion.
But the truly messiest people I know are my brother and my sons. With all of them the reason is having too much stuff as well as a tendency to not pick up after themselves especially when running late.
If you could know the absolute and total truth to one question, what question would you ask?
I guess it would be about the future. This would be about my own future as well as that of the world in general.
What benefits does art provide society? Does art hurt society in any way?
I feel that art brings out the finer qualities in persons as well as in society. Sensitivity, compassion, an eye for beauty, appreciation of people and things : art brings out all of these.
If art is used to propagate negative ideas, emotions and actions, it could be potentially harmful.
What’s something positive you’d like to share? Can be a smile, a joke, or music..anything that gave you a lift this week

I agree with you totally. Art used in negative fashion can be dangerous.
