Going bananas over the banana! My only objection is that they have too many carbs. Otherwise I love eating them

Calories in my diet aren’t as important as the ones from carbs.

I didn’t know the impact that bananas in terms of helping to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety. Both of which I deal with on a fairly regular basis.

The serotonin in bananas reduces stress, the small amount of sugar gives an instant boost, the soluble fibre helps the gut.
Hence bananas are the ideal snack for busy people.

I didn’t know that. I love bananas and usually have one a day at work. Lately our local shooping store has stocked bananas that were much good for eating. Maybe that has contributed a bit to my stress and anxiety levels?
