This is fantastic!
I wonder how many chia products are as beneficial as they claim to be based on how they’re made though. Thinking of the drinks specifically, if the seeds are swallowed whole (I tried to chew, but it’s hard!), how many come out that way? 😂🙈

Never really thought of including seeds in my diet – certainly a gap in my nutrition. Going to be on a look out for these!
