Stress and Anxiety
Stress gnaws at you. Anxiety can eat away your peace of mind. Stress and anxiety can wreak havoc with your physical and mental health. However, they are a part of modern living.
Here are a few steps you can take to reduce the stress in your life:
1. Regret nothing.
2. Be grateful for all that you have and all that you can do.
3. Stay away from toxic people.
4. Recognise negative emotions and let go of them.
5. Raise your hopes but lower your expectations.
I try to practise these tips but need to remind myself of them constantly.
