A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.
In April 2020, as we live through the COVID-19 pandemic, we need a lot of detrmination to keep ourselves healthy, safe but at the same time productive. Finding breakthroughs for prevention and treatment of this unknown disease requires a lot of unwavering effort, as does production of protective gear and equipment.

I love your use of words. You betcha by golly WOW, we need to be determined right now. We may be getting tested, but we sure don’t have to allow ourselves to be beaten. Right along with some of the factual news articles I’ve been reading lately is the nostalgic stuff. This isn’t the world’s first rodeo. There have been other instances when some virus or the other has plagued humanity. Our ancestors may not have had our resources, but they did have determination, which is why many of us are still here today. They remained productive too, and did things that they had been putting off (something we often do when we have a choice of what to do). They found creative ways to keep hope alive.
I pray I’m not the only one realizing that we have what it takes to survive this. Being determined to do so by our actions will certainly see us back living productive lives soon!
