Questions:

How comfortable are you speaking in front of large groups of people?

Fairly comfortable. This is because I have been teaching 3rd and 4th year medical students as well as postgraduate students.

What would be the best thing you could reasonably expect to find in a cave?

The best thing would be a chest full of gold and jewels, but I don’t think that is a reasonable expectation.

What did you think was going to be amazing but turned out to be horrible?

A recipe that I followed carefully and with great enthusiasm. Sadly, it did not taste very good. Somehow, when I improvise recipes the results are much better.

What’s the silliest thing you’ve observed someone get upset about?

The future.

Since the future is something unseen and we have very little control over how it will turn out I find it very silly that people waste a lot of time worrying about it.

Gratitude:

Please feel free to share something that gave you an uplifted spirit during this past week.

More than a week ago , I began the June writing prompt. I am enjoying doing it even though it seemed at first that I would not be able to manage more than a couple of posts. This is something that I am grateful for.

  1. Lovely and timely Share Your World, Dr. Tanya! I think that meme at the end says it all, doesn’t it? 🙂 A chest of gold and jewels in a cave would be a wonderful, if improbable thing to find, but it’s fun to think about! 🙂
