Blogging Inspiration

A weekend at a medieval castle,

What a splendid mini-vacation.

My family are all asleep,

Fortifying themselves for tomorrow’s excursions.

But sleep eludes me as I look out of my window

At the towers and turrets that surround me.

A dozen ideas flow through my brain,

All the things that I can write.

So I take out my laptop

And blog undisturbed.
