Questions:
Must we have evidence to know the truth?
Logically, evidence is a prerequisite to truth. But there are some things that defy logic, like faith or a gut feeling.
How much control does a person have over their life?
I think this varies from person to person. Some people are buffeted by circumstances like a straw in the wind. Others would circumstances to suit themselves.
What is gravity and how does it work?
It is the force that causes a mess on the floor when you drop something.
Can a person be happy if they have never experienced sadness? How about vice versa?
This is a bit like saying “can you experience light if you’ve never known darkness”. I think happiness does not require any comparison or contrast.
