Many times during my blogging journey I have discovered some useful tip or technique and said to myself, ” If only I had known this when starting out!” For today’s Blogging Insights, I ask you to share :

  1. I’ve only been blogging for a year but I have learned so much in that time. My tips would be:
    1. Start with self-hosting with e.g WordPress.org using Siteground or any of the other hosting sites, instead of going with free hosting. I didn’t do this and I wish I had. It’s daunting but worth it in the long run.
    2. Make sure you use images in your blog posts. There are plenty of free stock images available and they really enhance your posts. Try Unsplash
    3. Titles are so hard to think of but they are so important. I often write my heading after I’ve written the actual post it seems to come easier.
