MY THOUGHTS
A fresh start, a new beginning; these are good any time. You don’t need a particular date for them. In fact, you don’t even need the calendar.
Being the beginning of a new calendar year, I know fresh starts are on everyone’s minds. This is as good a time as any to ditch that bad habit, initiate a good routine, begin a new book : whatever floats your boat.
You can do this any time you want. Personally, I prescribe to the following theory : ” Today is the first day of the rest of your life.”

Good points……..I’ve been looking at it as 2023 gives you 365 days at paint a new landscape of your life on a fresh white canvas. You and only you get to decide what the final product will look like. It can be anything your heart desires.

Meaning, in life, if you try too hard, and are successful, it’ll be both boring and tiring.

Exactly! I’ve never really been one for starting a new life only during the new year. It’s _today_ we should focus on. That’s where we have the most power. Start today and keep things going, and we’ll have a nice life someday. Theoretically. I’m still working on living my best day every day.
